Project-Based Refunds
Our projects are structured into clearly defined milestones to ensure smooth progress and mutual understanding.
Initial Project Scope & Discovery
Every project begins with an in-depth discovery session and a detailed scope of work document. This process ensures both parties are aligned on the project requirements, reducing the risk of cancellations, disputes, or misunderstandings.Refund for Completed Work
Since each milestone requires dedicated time and resources, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.Mutual Termination of Project
If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains ownership of all completed work up to that point. Any payments made for future work will be voided. However, no refunds will be issued for prior payments or deposits.
Design & Development Phase
- Once mock-up designs are approved and the project enters the development phase, no refunds will be issued.
- We do not provide partial refunds for projects that are in progress or midway through a milestone phase.
Special Offers & Promotions
Cancellations are not accepted for services purchased during special promotions or limited-time offers. These services are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
SEO & Digital Marketing Packages
Our SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable due to the nature of these services. However, clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day written notice.
Dormant or Abandoned Projects
If a project remains inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days due to client inactivity, we reserve the right to close the project. No refunds will be issued for deposits or payments made in such cases.
